Larry currently serves as Precinct Chair 75 for the Montgomery County Republican Party of Texas.  Larry has also served on The Woodlands South County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Oak Ridge North City Council, and the Lone Star Ground Water Conservation District Board of Directors.  Larry was the co-founder of the Texas Patriots PAC Tea Party and the Montgomery County Tea Party PAC.

Patricia Tibbs is a founding member and the President of the Montgomery County Tea Party.

A lifelong Texan, she has spent the past 45 years in Montgomery County. She and her husband, Dennis, have been married for 57 years and have two grown children and three granddaughters.

Her professional experience includes working at NASA, various banks, and the oil and gas services industry.

Pat is committed to preserving constitutional freedoms and her mission is to inspire and educate constitutional conservatives while empowering future generations to safeguard Liberty.

Dennis Tibbs currently serves as Precinct 76 Chair for the Montgomery County Republican Party of Texas. He is a native Texan and has lived in Montgomery County for over 40 years. He’s been active in several conservative Montgomery County organizations and has been an officer in the Montgomery County Tea Party since its inception.

Born in Houston in 1945, Herschel grew up in Bunker Hill Village and attended Texas Military Institute. After graduating in 1963, Herschel enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1966, completed Officer Candidate School, and served in Vietnam during the Tet Offensive. He later commanded an artillery battery and were promoted to Captain before retiring in 1972 due to disability.

Herschel earned a BBA from the University of Texas and pursued a career in sales and management, working in Houston and Beaumont before starting his own businesses. Herschel continued in business until selling his last company to his son.  Herschel is now retired and resides in Walden, a community he once helped develop. Herschel is passionate about the country’s direction and currently also serves as the Precinct Chair for Precinct 63 for the Montgomery County Republican Party of Texas.
